RESOLVED: eClass Cloud Services Outage September 28, 2022

UPDATE 3:15PM: Our cloud hosting provider has completed repairs to their infrastructure and all affected services are now functioning. 

Attention eClass Users,

A number of cloud services provided by the eClass team are currently experiencing slow performance or are not functioning. Amazon Web Services, eClass’ cloud hosting provider, has identified increased error rates starting at 11:13AM. Affected tools include ExamLock, eClass Course creation, Exam Digitizer, and ExamVis. Access to eClass is not affected at this time.

Analysts have begun investigating and will provide updates as soon as they are available.
