RESOLVED: SEM and Assign2 Outage

UPDATE: The vendor has reported that AWS services have been completely restored and users should now be able to use these services without any issues.

Attention eClass users,

We have received reports from users and have confirmed with the vendor that Smart Exam Monitor (SEM), Assign2, and Stream2 are currently experiencing an outage. The vendor reports that this is a worldwide outage in AWS that is impacting their entire service. We will update campus as service is restored.
