Attention DLE Users,

We have a number of updates across the Digital Learning Environment for everyone to be aware of.

• Canvas students will now have access to a new dashboard providing a more custom experience and can use the new Notebook feature to make personal footnotes on any canvas pages.
  
• The Bookstore’s Course Material Access program is now available in Canvas allowing students to access all their course’s digital textbook content through their profiles.

UPDATE: The eClass External upgrade was completed early and the site was released at 11:15PM.

Attention eClass External users,

There will be a maintenance outage for eClass External on Wednesday July 29th 2026 from 9:00PM - 12:00 Midnight. This outage is required to perform a version update to the system. Further details are available here.

Please note that while we have booked a 3-hour maintenance window, eClass External will be available as soon as the required changes are complete.

Attention Simple Syllabus users,

Instructors and students are currently encountering an error message when logging into Simple Syllabus. This issue has been reported to the vendor who is working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

It is still possible to access Simple Syllabus content directly through LTI links inside Canvas courses.
