Student's screen recordings show only the top-left quadrant of the screen
|
Computers with a high display resolution (4k or higher) will not record the entire screen. To ensure a full recording, students must set their screen resolution before they begin their attempt to 2560x1440 or 1920x1080 by right-clicking on the desktop, selecting "display settings", and adjusting the resolution there. |

Students should be directed to use a different wifi network or reach out to eClass support for further troubleshooting. If on a UofA campus, students should always connect to UWS to avoid troubles. |
