RESOLVED: eClass Login Problems March 8th 2016

Attention eClass Users,

These login issues have been resolved.

Some users are experiencing difficulties when attempting to log in to eClass. After completing the standard IST CCID authentication, they are re-directed to an unfamiliar login page requesting they enter a Student ID (instead of a CCID).

To resolve this issue, users should NOT try to login again at this page; instead, if they click the Home text/icon on this page (in the top horizontal green banner), their credentials will be re-sent for verification. You may need to click the Home a couple of times but doing this should allow you to access eClass normally.

The IST eClass support team is actively working with our hosting provider to resolve this issue. Thank-you for your patience during this service interruption.
