Attention eClass users, There will be a scheduled maintenance outage for eClass on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 12:00AM - 11:59PM (24 hours). This outage is required to perform infrastructure changes for eClass. Please note that while we have booked a 24 hour maintenance window, eClass will be available as soon as the required changes are complete. Canvas Mass Migration Project Updates December 2024

Attention eClass and Canvas users, The first round of the K16 Mass Migration project is nearing completion with the vendor reporting that only ~25 courses remain from the over 10,000 that formed part of the first mass migration run. These remaining courses are still in progress and are being handled on a case-by-case basis with most issues stemming from the course question banks on the eClass side. eClass Assignment Grader Problems December 8th - 11th 2024

On Sunday December 8th at 12:30AM, an unanticipated system issue occurred that affected the assignment grader in eClass. The issue was identified and fixed on Wednesday December 11th at 10:00AM, but any assignments submitted or graded during that time window will display blank pages in the instructor grading panel. eClass support has a manual process to restore any missing submissions so that they will work again in the grading interface. UPDATE: This issue had been resolved and the backlog of eClass messages are now being processed. Notifications should all be sent in the next few hours. Attention eClass users, Email messages from Announcement forum posts are currently not being sent. eClass developers are investigating and working to get this resolved as soon as possible. RESOLVED: Canvas Approved Student Accommodations Dashboard Issue

UPDATE: This issue has been resolved. Attention Canvas instructors, The Approved Student Accommodations external tool is currently not functioning correctly in Canvas. The tool will load but complete lists of students and their accommodations will not display unless there are 10 or fewer students enrolled in the course.
