Attention eClass users,

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for U of A staff and faculty to request additional eClass course migrations to Canvas using the enhanced content conversion provided by K16. 

After the completion of our bulk migration of credit courses from Winter 2023 through to Winter 2025, our purchased contract with K16 still has 1000 unused migration slots left. To ensure we fulfill the maximum value of our contract and provide UofA faculty and staff with the opportunity to migrate additional course content outside of the bulk migration timeframe, these remaining migration slots will be made available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

This service is open for credit courses taught outside the designated terms (Winter 2023 through Winter 2025) as well as for non-credit courses. 

Since there are a limited number of migrations available, this service should only be requested for courses that contain features that are not handled by the basic Canvas migration process (which converts most basic content types easily). 

Instructors whose courses contain extensive quizzes or question banks, tab display content, and lesson activities are encouraged to submit requests through this intake form. This form will be closed as soon as the available number of remaining migration slots is reached.
