Enabling Cookies in Your Browser

NOTICE: Please be advised that the content of this article may only be relevant for users concluding the final stages of course work on eClass or for users on the eClass External system. The eClass Learning Management System is currently in a read-only state that prohibits new courses, enrollments, and users from being added to the site. Credit courses and co-curricular courses at the UofA are now being delivered on Canvas, and full articles on how to use Canvas can be found here.
eClass, as well as many other common sites, uses browser cookies to improve the site's user experience by remembering preferences and other useful information. If you have cookies disabled, you will not be able to access eClass. By default, most modern browsers have cookies enabled by default. If the browser checker (bottom left of https://eclass.srv.ualberta.ca/portal/) has identified that your cookies are not enabled, you can use the following instructions to turn them on for your specific browser. If the instructions do not match your particular browser version, search the browser's support site for that version.
