eClass Hosting Provider Maintenance

Attention eClass Users, The eClass hosting provider has a scheduled a 4-hour maintenance window from 10:00 PM on Saturday, March 15th, 2014 to 2:00 AM on Sunday March 16th, 2014. The upgrade should have a minimal impact on eClass but some users may notice a slow response during the maintenance window. eCast Decommissioning Reminder

Attention eCast Users, This is a reminder message that the eCast service will be decommissioned April 29th, 2014. As a replacement for eCast, IST is now supporting 3 different video storage services: iTunes U, YouTube for Education, and Vimeo. Information about these services is available at: http://ist.ualberta.ca/cnc/video. If you would like to retain any of your eCast content, you will need to manually copy the media you wish to save off of the eCast server by April 29, 2014. Instructions Read more | |

CTL Support Center Upgraded

CTL Tech Services is happy to announce that we have completed an upgrade of our support and ticketing system. This upgrade improves our ability respond quickly to requests, to track and identify trending support issues, and improves the usability of our collection of self-serve help articles. Users can still submit tickets by emailing ctl@ualberta.ca or through the new web interface at https://support.ctl.ualberta.ca.
