RESOLVED: eClassLive (Adobe Connect) - Issues Uploading PDF Files

UPDATE: This issue has now been resolved.
Attention eClassLive (Adobe Connect) Users, We have identified an issue in eClassLive where Hosts and Presenters will receive an error when uploading a new PDF file to a share pod. Previously uploaded PDF files and all other files types do not seem to be affected by this issue. Our hosting provider is currently investigating and working with our Adobe Connect vendor to try and find a resolution as soon as possible. In the meantime, we recommend that users refrain from uploading PDF files into share pods in eClassLive. As a workaround, we recommend using powerpoint or image files to share embedded content. If PDF content needs to be shared with meeting attendees, the file share pod seems to be able to accept PDF uploads and downloads without any issues.
