eClassLive (Adobe Connect) Add-in Forced Version Change August 26th, 2017

Attention eClassLive Users,

On September 9th 2017, the current version of the Adobe Connect Add-in (a tool required to use several of the eClassLive features including screen sharing, meeting recording, and others) will cease functioning.

Adobe released a new version of the add-in August 9th 2017 to resolve this issue, which is available for download here. If you have not already installed it, we recommend that you use Firefox to complete this installation, as Chrome’s built-in version of Flash can sometimes cause issues during the installation process.

After the eClass outage on Saturday, August 26th 2017, eClassLive users will be forced to download the updated version of the Add-in the next time they access an eClassLive session. This process should occur on the fly when screen sharing is launched by selecting Yes as seen in the screenshot below.
