eClass Outage Friday, September 22, 2017 2:00PM

Attention eClass users,

eClass went offline for approximately 15 minutes in the afternoon of Friday September 22nd 2017. Users encountered error messages between 1:52 - 2:05PM.

The cause of the outage was a failure of the session caching mechanism on the server.
