Attention eClass Instructors,

With the shift to online course delivery, we are seeing record usage of eClassLive (Adobe Connect) that has impacted system performance for some users.

At this time, we strongly recommend that instructors not already using Adobe Connect choose one of the other two available alternatives for synchronous course delivery: Zoom or Google Meet.

We also recommend that instructors already using Adobe Connect be prepared for the event of technical difficulties by familiarizing themselves with one of the alternate tools. Please ensure that you have contingencies in place as we work to transition everyone to online delivery.
