Attention eClass users,

Update: The hosting team diagnosed a configuration problem that has now been resolved. As of 11:00AM August 25th, all announcement forum post emails are now sending successfully. Please note that messages that failed to send will not be re-processed so instructors who ran into issues should reply to their own post to trigger a new mail out and/or advise students to ensure they check the Announcement forum in the course.

Some email messages from Announcement forum posts are not being sent. eClass developers are investigating and working with the hosting team to get this resolved as soon as possible.

As an alternative, instructors can send messages or use the Bear Tracks mailout option.
