UPDATE: eClass Outage Alert Tuesday September 1st 2020

FINAL UPDATE: Our hosting team has identified the root cause of today's performance issues and will be implementing a permanent fix in a maintenance outage later tonight.
UPDATE - 3:40PM: Additional eClass users have reported intermittent access issues this afternoon. These issues should now also be resolved.
UPDATE: Access to eClass has been restored. Thank you for your patience while our analysts worked to diagnose and resolve this issue. Our infrastructure team will continue to monitor the service and provide updates as required.
Attention eClass Users, eClass began experiencing an outage at 10:10AM Tuesday September 1st, 2020. Users are experiencing severe performance degradations and error messages. IST eClass hosting staff are investigating the root cause and working to get the service restored as soon as possible. Instructors who are unable to access eClass to launch online course meetings through Zoom can use the instructions here for signing in to Zoom.us to access their meetings and email the invitation to students directly.
