Attention eClass Instructors and Users,

Effective Monday February 1st and continuing through April 30th, 2021, eClass will be extending their email and phone support hours to 8:30AM to 9:00PM Monday through Friday (except over the spring break week). This change is to support midterm examinations that are offered weekday evenings to accommodate consolidated classes and for students in different time zones. 

Please note that with the limited resources available, Saturday exam support will only be offered during the scheduled Final Exam period from April 16th to April 30th or if instructors have already posted Saturday midterm dates in their syllabus. 

If your course has a scheduled Saturday midterm that will need support, please contact the eClass team as soon as possible with the details of the exam (name of primary instructor or Course captain, course name, date and time of the midterm).
