eClass Connectivity Issues Wednesday December 15th 2021

Attention eClass Users,

Some users reported intermittent connectivity issues when accessing eClass this morning. Amazon Web Services, eClass’ hosting provider, identified connectivity issues at 8:42AM and implemented a fix starting at 9:01AM. Access to eClass should now be fully restored.

We understand how crucial this issue is to users with scheduled exams this morning and our teams are doing everything we can to monitor connectivity to minimize further disruption to campus.
