Attention Zoom Users, 

On Friday October 14th, several 3rd party apps were approved for integration with our central Zoom installation. Each of these app integrations have been requested by one or more users at our institution and have been reviewed for approval by the IST Security Team and the Privacy office.

Unfortunately, approving each of these app integrations prompted a new automated process in Zoom to send emails to every account holder on our license, not just to the users who have specifically requested them. If you do not utilize these apps or do not want to link them with your Zoom account, you do not need to take any action.
