RESOLVED: eClass Course Creation & Content Import Issues

UPDATE: The course creation system has resumed processing courses and the backlog will be cleared as soon as possible.

Attention eClass users,

The eClass Course Creation service is currently experiencing an issue that is preventing new course requests from being processed. This issue is also affecting the Import feature (and other backup/restore operations) in eClass. 

Analysts are currently investigating this issue and working towards a resolution. The eClass Course request system will continue to be accessible and pending courses will be queued for processing once this issue is resolved. Thank you for your patience as we work to restore full service.
