Attention eClass users,

UPDATE: This issue has been resolved. Test forum emails are now being sent in the usual time range of ~10 minutes after posting. Any instructors who notice lengthy delays in email mailouts should contact eClass support.

UPDATE: Announcement forum emails are being sent but are taking longer than usual to be processed. The developers and hosting team are still investigating.

Email messages from Announcement forum posts are currently not being sent. eClass developers are investigating and working with the hosting team to get this resolved.

As an alternative, instructors can send email using Bear Tracks or use the in-system messaging tool.
