On Sunday December 8th at 12:30AM, an unanticipated system issue occurred that affected the assignment grader in eClass. The issue was identified and fixed on Wednesday December 11th at 10:00AM, but any assignments submitted or graded during that time window will display blank pages in the instructor grading panel.

eClass support has a manual process to restore any missing submissions so that they will work again in the grading interface. Unfortunately, the process can take up to a business day to complete once reported.

Any instructors who encounter this problem should contact eClass support as soon as possible and include the course and assignment details of any affected submissions and we will restore them as soon as possible.
