Attention eClass and Canvas users,

The first round of the K16 Mass Migration project is nearing completion with the vendor reporting that only ~25 courses remain from the over 10,000 that formed part of the first mass migration run.

These remaining courses are still in progress and are being handled on a case-by-case basis with most issues stemming from the course question banks on the eClass side. Direct communications have been sent to the affected instructors.

If you are an instructor and do not see all of your eClass credit courses from the Winter 2023, Fall 2023, Winter 2024, or Spring/Summer 2024 terms migrated into Canvas (and you have not received any communications about ongoing issues) please contact eClass support so we can investigate.

Due to the delays and long duration of this migration run, the vendor will be providing separate migration runs for the Fall 2024 and Winter 2025 term courses with delivery dates still to be determined.
