RESOLVED: Canvas Degraded Performance October 20th, 2025

RESOLUTION: The vendor announced that all services were restored and confirmed functional at 7PM. Attention Canvas users, Instructure is currently reporting degraded performance for Canvas due to ongoing issues with their underlying hosting provider AWS. Some users may encounter slow page response times, documents failing to display, or images failing to load. The vendors are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Regards, | |
