Attention eClass Users,

UPDATE: The eClass mail notification system is fuinctioning normally again.

The eClass system is currently experiencing an issue with sending email notifications. This issue is affecting all notifications that would normally be sent from eClass to user’s email addresses including posts to subscribed forums, course Announcements, and assignment feedback alerts.

CTL and the eClass hosting team have restarted the mail service and some users have begun receiving emails. Due to the high volumne of messages at this time, the mail queue may take several hours to fully process. At this time, we are still recommending that all users log in to eClass to check any communication areas. We will continue to monitor the mail queue through to its full completion.
