Fall 2014 eClass Announcements:

Welcome back everyone! You will notice that eClass was upgraded and has a new theme for Fall 2014. For a quick overview of the functional changes, please see the following videos.

For all eClass users:

Please be aware that there is a scheduled maintenance outage on Saturday, August 30th, 2014 from 6:00AM to 9:00AM. This outage window will be used to add course archive functionalities and apply software updates to resolve some known issues. The system may be unavailable during this time so please do not schedule any teaching or learning activities.

For Instructors:

• Remember that you need to submit a new request for your course for the Fall term if you have not already done see. See this article for instructions on the process.
• CTL’s Course Archiving project has been delayed a bit and is now scheduled to take place in late September. See this news post for more information.

For Students:

• If you don’t see any of your new courses for Fall yet, DON'T PANIC. The default date that most courses open on eClass for student access is the first day of class, September 3nd, 2014.
• If you still do not see our courses after that date, please view the following article that explains possible causes for not seeing courses and outlines steps you can take.
• If you see old courses that you no longer want on your course overview list, you can hide them following these steps.
