Attention eClass users,

Update at 11:15 AM, September 27: eClassLive (Adobe Connect) upgrade is completed. All eClassLive features should be restored at this time.

Update at 9:00 AM, September 27: The maintenance outage has been extended as the upgrade to eClassLive (Adobe Connect) is not yet complete. Users can access eClass without any problems but will not be able to access any eClassLive sessions or recordings at this time. IST staff are working to complete the upgrade.

Please be aware that there is a scheduled maintenance outage on Saturday, September 27th, 2014 from 6:00AM to 9:00AM. This outage is required to repair a number of bugs in eClass, notably the inclusion of support for printing pages from the system.

In addition, this outage will also be used to upgrade eClassLive (Adobe Connect) to the next major version, 9.2 (http://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/release-note/connect-92-release-notes.html).

Both eClass and eClassLive will be unavailable during this time so please do not schedule any teaching or learning activities.
