Attention eClass users,

Please be aware that there is a scheduled maintenance outage on Saturday, November 15th, 2014 from 6:00AM to 9:00AM. This outage is required to repair a number of issues in eClass.

Also during this outage, as a part of the central consolidation of the eClass support team into IST, we will be making a number of changes to our support portal and processes. Our existing web pages will all be redirected to up-to-date content within our knowledge base and the main email for getting help with eClass and related services will be changing to eclass@ualberta.ca.

You should continue to contact ctl@ualberta.ca for any support related to teaching and learning. The purpose of this change is to provide more clarity for the different support services.

Both eClass and eClassLive will be unavailable during this time so please do not schedule any teaching or learning activities.
