Attention eClass Instructors,

An unexpected system issue has caused problems with the visibility of some eClass Winter 2015 courses. This issue prevented a number of courses scheduled to open Thursday January 1st and Friday January 2nd from correctly opening and closed some courses that had have been manually opened early by instructors.

We have repaired any of these visibility issues that we could but we could not account for any manual changes that were made to course visibility by instructors.

If you are an instructor who has opened/closed your course early for Winter term 2015, please verify that the access (visibility) settings are correct for your course. For instructions on doing this, please see the following article.

Courses that are set to open on Monday January 5th, 2015 should not be affected by this problem.
