RESOLVED: eClass Access Issues March 21, 2016

Attention eClass users,

Some users were experiencing problems with premature timeouts in their eClass sessions today and were being forced to re-authenticate.

This issue was reported to the hosting provider and the problem was resolved by 3:10PM.

Thank you for your patience during the service degradation. Please contact eclass@ualberta.ca if you have any questions or if you are still encountering any difficulty.
