Attention eClass users,

We have an important announcement that may impact your older courses on eClass.

eClass (Moodle) has now been in production since 2010. Over the last six years, the eClass database and content storage has grown dramatically to the point where it is starting to have an impact on system performance and user experience.

Attention ePortfolio (Mahara) Users,

The Mahara ePortfolio service will be unavailable on Thursday March 9th, 2017 from 7:00AM to 8:00AM. This outage is required to perform an update to the system infrastructure.

This outage only affects the Mahara ePortfolio service. eClass and eClassLive will NOT be affected by this outage.

The eClass External service will be unavailable on Thursday January 19th 2017 from 7:00AM to 9:00AM. This outage is required to release a number of backend fixes and minor improvements to eClass External.

This outage only affects the eClass External service. eClass and eClassLive will NOT be affected by this outage so there will be no impact to any regular credit sections on eClass (including Faculty of Extension courses).

Attention eClass users,

The outage has been completed early and eClass and eClasslive were released for use at 10:30AM.

As we depart for the Christmas break, we wanted to share a quick reminder that there will be a scheduled maintenance outage for eClass on January 3rd 2017 from 12:00AM - 11:59PM. This outage is required for our hosting provider to perform in-depth infrastructure maintenance.

Please note that while we have booked a full 24 hour maintenance window, eClass will be available
