ePortfolio User Creation Email May 10th, 2017

Attention eClass and ePortfolio Users, Some users of eClass may have received an automated email notifying them that their account has been created on the Mahara ePortfolio service even though they have not requested this. This email is legitimate and should not be a cause for concern. Accounts are being created as a part of a new synchronization feature between eClass and ePortfolios and will not affect users who do not choose to use the ePortfolio service. Attention ePortfolio (Mahara) Users, The Mahara ePortfolio service will be unavailable on Thursday March 9th, 2017 from 7:00AM to 8:00AM. This outage is required to perform an update to the system infrastructure. This outage only affects the Mahara ePortfolio service. eClass and eClassLive will NOT be affected by this outage. Attention eClass External Users, The eClass External service will be unavailable on Thursday January 19th 2017 from 7:00AM to 9:00AM. This outage is required to release a number of backend fixes and minor improvements to eClass External. This outage only affects the eClass External service. eClass and eClassLive will NOT be affected by this outage so there will be no impact to any regular credit sections on eClass (including Faculty of Extension courses).
