Attention ePortfolio (Mahara) Users, The Mahara ePortfolio service will be unavailable on Thursday January 19th, 2017 from 7:00AM to 9:00AM. This outage is required to perform an update to the service. This outage only affects the Mahara ePortfolio service. eClass and eClassLive will NOT be affected by this outage. Attention eClass users, The outage has been completed early and eClass and eClasslive were released for use at 10:30AM. As we depart for the Christmas break, we wanted to share a quick reminder that there will be a scheduled maintenance outage for eClass on January 3rd 2017 from 12:00AM - 11:59PM. Attention eClass users, Please be aware that eClass may be inaccessible for short periods of time on Tuesday, November 8th from 10:00PM through to 4:00AM Wednesday November 9th. These intermittent outages may occur due to core networking changes at the UofA. Affected users may experience dropped network connectivity for up to 15 minutes during the outage window while the network provider upgrades hardware. Attention eClass users, We have received a number of questions about the upcoming Peoplesoft outage and want to clarify that this will have no impact on regular eClass activity. A number of system integrations that rely on Peoplesoft data will not be functioning during this period, including the eClass Section management (Course Creation) system, user synchronization scripts, and the Bear Tracks grade export.
