ePortfolio Outage 12:00PM (Noon) Friday May 6th, 2016

Attention ePortfolio (Mahara) Users,

The Mahara ePortfolio service will be unavailable Friday May 6th 2016 from 12:00PM to 12:30PM. This outage is required to perform system infrastructure repairs.

This outage only affects the Mahara ePortfolio service. eClass and eClassLive will NOT be affected by this outage.

Attention ePortfolio users,

The Mahara ePortfolio service will be unavailable Tuesday May 3rd 2016 from 10:00PM until 11:59PM. This outage is required to upgrade the system to the latest version.

UPDATE: April 19th 2016, 12:15PM - the correct linkage to Bear Tracks has been restored so instructors can now submit new course requests and export Bear Tracks formatted grades.

Attention eClass Instructors,

The linkage between eClass and Peoplesoft (Bear Tracks) is currently experiencing an issue. This affects the ability for instructors to create new courses and for instructors to export their grades in Bear Tracks compatible format.

eClass analysts were notified about this problem at 9:20AM

Please be aware that eClass was experiencing a performance issue at 9:15AM Thursday April 14th 2016. Our hosting provider placed the site in maintenance mode to resolve the issue.

Service was restored at 9:55AM April 14th 2016.
