RESOLVED: eClass Login Problems March 8th 2016

Attention eClass Users,

These login issues have been resolved.

Some users are experiencing difficulties when attempting to log in to eClass. After completing the standard IST CCID authentication, they are re-directed to an unfamiliar login page requesting they enter a Student ID (instead of a CCID).

To resolve this issue, users should NOT try to login again at this page; instead, if they click the Home text/icon on this page (in the top horizontal green banner), their credentials will

Please be aware that there are two scheduled maintenance outages during February Reading week, required by our hosting provider to perform repairs on the system infrastructure: on Tuesday, February 16th 2016 from 10:00 PM - 11:30 PM and Saturday, February 20th from 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM.
