Attention eClass users, The eClass support portal will be offline from 1:00AM - 2:00AM, Wednesday September 14th, 2022. This outage window is required to allow our hosting provider to perform maintenance on the site. Users will be unable to access help articles in the knowledge base during this time. UPDATE: eClass is now available - the maintenance outage was completed and the site was released at 3:30AM. Attention eClass users, This is an alert that there will be a scheduled maintenance outage for eClass on Saturday August 20th, 2022 from 12:00AM - 3:00AM (3 hours). Zoom Minimum Client Version Update August 6th, 2022

Attention Zoom Users, Zoom has announced that they will be retiring significantly older client versions of their software on August 6th, 2022. After this change takes effect, users will not be able to log in or join meetings from client versions below 5.3.0 (originally released in September 2020). We recommend that all UofA Zoom users download and update to the latest version of Zoom client software to take advantage of all our latest security and functionality features.
