YuJa SSO and Default Video Security Changes

Attention eClass YuJa users, In advance of the Winter 2022 term, we will be linking the YuJa Enterprise Media platform to the U of A’s standard single-sign-on (SSO) service. This will allow instructors and students outside eClass to access and use the service by signing in directly instead of passing across from courses within the LMS. UPDATE: As of 10:00AM we have applied a fix to the PDF viewer to restore functionality. Please contact eclass@ualberta.ca if you experience any further issues with the PDF viewer. -- Attention eClass Instructors, The inline document converter in the eClass assignment is currently not functioning. We have reported the problem to the infrastructure team and they are investigating. We will provide updates as soon as we know more. Attention eClass Users, UPDATE: The emergency outage has been completed and infrastructure improvements applied. eClass was released at 11:30PM. --- There will be an emergency outage Monday December 20th, 2021 from 11:00PM - 12:00AM (midnight).
