Zoom Email Notifications for 3rd Party App Integrations

Attention Zoom Users, On Friday October 14th, several 3rd party apps were approved for integration with our central Zoom installation. Each of these app integrations have been requested by one or more users at our institution and have been reviewed for approval by the IST Security Team and the Privacy office. UPDATE 3:15PM: Our cloud hosting provider has completed repairs to their infrastructure and all affected services are now functioning. Attention eClass Users, A number of cloud services provided by the eClass team are currently experiencing slow performance or are not functioning. Amazon Web Services, eClass’ cloud hosting provider, has identified increased error rates starting at 11:13AM. Affected tools include ExamLock, eClass Course creation, Exam Digitizer, and ExamVis. Attention eClass users, Edufide is offering a training session covering the Assign2 external tool on Thursday, September 22 at 2:00PM. Assign2 is an online tool available within eClass that provides streamlined grading of paper exams and long-form written assignments.
