Major eClass Upgrade June 2022 - Upcoming Changes

Attention eClass Users, Please be aware that in June 2022, we will be performing a major version upgrade to eClass. This upgrade will introduce a variety of feature improvements and bug fixes across the site. The upgrade will require a full system outage, which has been scheduled for Saturday, June 25th 2022 from 12:00AM until 11:59PM (24 hours). Winter 2022 Final Exam Delivery Update

Attention eClass Users, After the issues experienced in December 2021, IST has been working to improve eClass performance and reliability for the Winter 2022 term final exam period. These efforts include infrastructure tuning, improvements to system diagnostics, and re-evaluation of application traffic and processes. Attention eClass users, There will be an overnight eClass maintenance outage from Friday February 25th 2022 from 11:00PM until Saturday February 26th 7:00AM. This outage is required to perform a database vacuum before the Winter term final exam period. Please note that while we have booked a 8-hour maintenance window, eClass will be available as soon as the required infrastructure changes are complete. RESOLVED: YuJa Recording Issues in IST Managed Classrooms

UPDATE: This issue has now been resolved. YuJa videos can now be recorded from centrally-managed classroom computers.
Attention YuJa Users, A known issue is currently impacting the ability to record videos in YuJa from centrally-managed classroom computers. IST analysts and YuJa support are currently investigating this issue and hope to find a resolution as soon as possible. This issue has no impact on the regular functions of YuJa when working from non-classroom laptop or desktop computers. Read more | |
