eClass Outage - Tuesday, July 2 2024 - 10:00-13:00

Attention eClass Users,

At approximately 11:00 AM on July 2, 2024, users were not able to connect to eClass or any pages located at https://support.eclass.ualberta.ca.

Technical teams resolved the incident by 13:00.

Users still experiencing issues should try resetting their browser cache and contact eclass@ualberta.ca for persisting issues.
