eClass Maintenance Outage Jan. 2nd 12:00AM (Midnight) - 2:00AM

UPDATE: eClass is now available - the maintenance outage was completed and the site was released at 1:08AM.

Attention eClass users,

This is a reminder that there will be a scheduled maintenance outage for eClass on Monday January 2nd, 2023 from 12:00 AM (midnight) to 2:00 AM. This outage is required to perform a minor version update and maintenance to eClass. 

eClass will be unavailable for the duration of this outage. Please note that while we have booked a 2-hour maintenance window,

eClass Maintenance Outage 11:30PM Wednesday December 14th, 2022

eClass will require a brief (10 minute) outage tonight Wednesday December 14th, 2022 at 11:30PM. This outage is required to increase system resources during the exam period.

eClass users may experience interruptions during this brief outage window.

Attention eClass users,

The eClass support knowledgebase will undergo a partial outage from Saturday, November 5th at 11:00PM until 3:00AM on Sunday, November 6th. During this outage window, images and screenshots in the support portal knowledge base will not be displayed due infrastructure security changes.

Zoom Email Notifications for 3rd Party App Integrations

Attention Zoom Users, 

On Friday October 14th, several 3rd party apps were approved for integration with our central Zoom installation. Each of these app integrations have been requested by one or more users at our institution and have been reviewed for approval by the IST Security Team and the Privacy office.

UPDATE 3:15PM: Our cloud hosting provider has completed repairs to their infrastructure and all affected services are now functioning.

A number of cloud services provided by the eClass team are currently experiencing slow performance or are not functioning. Attention eClass users,

Edufide is offering a training session covering the Assign2 external tool on Thursday, September 22 at 2:00PM

Assign2 is an online tool available within eClass that provides streamlined grading of paper exams and long-form written assignments. The upcoming training session will introduce users to the new features available in the tool for Fall 2022.

The session will be held online and will be recorded. Please register for the session if you are interested in attending.
