This upgrade (to Moodle version 2.6) will introduce a new look and feel to eClass with responsive mobile-device support and will address several outstanding known issues and improve overall system performance.

This brief outage is required for our eClass hosting provider to implement a recent system security update, and it should take no longer than 5 minutes. User access to the system may be interrupted during this update, so any users who are active in the system during this outage may need to wait a few minutes and then log back into the system.

We understand that that the timing of this outage is not ideal, but this brief outage will allow our hosting provider to resolve some recent network issues in eClass and help to ensure further network stability for the duration of the final exam period.
